Based on the systems, technologies, and resources provided, our average insurance agent will earn $125,000.00 to $175,000.00 in annual income within their first 28 months.  By the end of 5 years, average annual earnings exceed $275,000.00.  In addition, our agents have zero overhead, operating expenses, nor cost of staff and office space.  All necessary resources are provide by Colorado Insurance.  Sound too good to be true?  It isn't!!

Compensation Package:

As a Commercial Producer with Colorado Insurance, you will  have the choice of 2 compensation packages.  You have the option to participate in our Producer Employee Program which includes a base salary, bonus structure, benefits, provided leads, and participation in our equity investment program.  

OR, you may choose our Indpendent Agent Program which offers commission on new written premium, renewal commissons,  and ownership in the book of business you build.  Based on the systems, technologies, and resources we provide (at no cost to you), we will put you in a position to earn a stable, residual based, 6-figure income within your first 36 months.

Compensation Package

 

This career opportunity will provide you with an initial base range of $60,000-$65,000(dependent upon your experience level and qualifications).  We will also provide complete health insurance (including dental and vision), 401K, and Paid Time Off.  In addition, you will have the opportunity for quarterly and annual performance reviews for career enhancement as well as base salary increase.
